Getting an overview is where my process begins. Mapping information, laying it out, sorting it. This is a natural first step before moving into ideation or making. My design process is iterative and hands-on, with physical prototyping used early to test scale, interaction and feel. A strong interest in haptics and material honesty stands central in my design methods.
To me, the belief that how an object feels in the hand is as meaningful as how it looks. All this, while I embrace AI tools pragmatically. They are collaborative instruments that accelerate prototyping without replacing design judgement. At the core is a curiosity about the space between function and ritual and a commitment to designing objects that carry both.
